The Faculty of Philosophy brings together the academic fields of Administrative Sciences, Languages and Communication.
Administrative Sciences
Research and studies in the field of Administrative Sciences convey administrative skills and expertise required in society. In research, the areas of expertise are comparative studies of the public sector, both nationally and internationally, assessment of welfare services, administrative legal issues and regional economics.
Languages and Communication
The academic fields of Languages and Communication prepare for both internationalism and multilingualism. The areas of expertise are LSP, language immersion, translation and cultural studies.
Interdisciplinary Master's Degree Programme
In the Master's Degree Programme of Intercultural Studies in Communication and Administration (ICS) the academic fields of Administrative Sciences and Languages and Communication have joined forces.
Language Centre
Within the Faculty of Philosophy there is also the Language Centre which provides language teaching for students of all disciplines.
